Jennifer Martin is an American voice actress best known for her deep, sultry voice and her long-running role as Ms. Sara Bellum in Cartoon Network's The Powerpuff Girls. She has been active in the industry since the early 1990s, lending her voice to numerous iconic animated series and video games, as well as voice acted in other various Cartoon Network shows like Johnny Bravo and Samurai Jack.
