Have the Akibarangers suddenly become a part of the official list of Super Sentai, unbeknownst to them? What has happened to the official heroes? He and the other Akibarangers encounter a new villain who is a major fan of Super Sentai and had modeled himself after classic villains, and who else is by his side but ©Na who wields an odd version of the MMZ-01 herself?

As the Akibarangers try and figure out how they’ve replaced Dairanger as the 17th Super Sentai, they are attacked by an angry Kibaranger, who declares he’s now only a shadow of his former self, when suddenly, Malshina appears!

Dealing with Luna quitting the team, Akagi learns that Yumeria got married during their time away from their life as the Unofficial Sentai, but her mother-in-law’s anti-otaku feelings create trouble for her. When Malsheena uses her own version of the Z-Cune to transform, and a monster spoils the Z-Cune Aoi film, it’s up to Yumeria to inspire Akagi’s delusions on a whole new level, but can they dodge the mother-in-law?!

Luna’s misunderstanding causes a twisted delusion where Super Sentai is an adaptation of America’s popular Powerful Rangers franchise! With the Red and Green Powerful Rangers teaming up with Malsheena against the Akibarangers and their “knockoff” Super Sentai, could this be the end of the Super Sentai franchise forever?!

After General Pain creates a new mascot character that exploits Akagi’s weakness for super smooth shiny robotic girls, the Akibarangers are swiftly defeated and the effects leak into the real world! General Pain creates a 3rd Goraiger who steals the justice-loving hearts of the other two Goraigers and turns them to evil! Thanks to Malshina’s meddling, reality now features three extra days in the week, and otaku activities are outlawed!

General Pain unleashes a reconfigured Tentoraiger, Mutou Mushiten, who uses the powers of past Sentai villains. As the Akibarangers try and figure out how to beat their new enemy, they find themselves face to face with veteran villain suit actor Okamoto Yoshinori!

Having found General Pain’s hideout, the Akibarangers fall into his trap and are Delusimported into a Grand Delusion where General Pain makes the rules! As they struggle to find a way out, they realize that they are experiencing another franchise trope: the defeat of the team’s mecha!

Withe General Pain seemingly trapped in his own Grand Delusion, things go somewhat back to normal, but Malshina talks General Pain into creating a new Alpaca Section Chief to eliminate the Akibarangers!

The Akibarangers confront Malshina, who has remodeled the entire reality to become the star of her own franchise in place of the Super Sentai! As the Akibarangers lose their will to fight, will Malshina’s new reality stand?!

12. Delusional Apostle

After defeating Delu Knight by exploiting the defeat flags in the warped reality, a strange new hero appears to become the 4th member of the Akibaranger team! However, upon their return to Secret Base Cafe, things are still twisted as they discover their new teammate is intended to replace the Super Sentai franchise entirely! The grand final battle is about to begin!
